PROJECT OVERSIGHT

Meridian Project Management helps clients understand their needs using a consultative approach. Our process goes well beyond traditional services as we develop project scopes, budgets, time lines and expectations of their short-term and long-term requirements. DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION

Meridian Project Management works with your management team and staff to understand all aspects of your project. We provide design coordination, asset reutilization, value engineering and construction oversight to ensure you receive the best value available. Our services include building design/systems review, finish selection review, bid review and negotiations, construction monitoring, punch list review and follow-up. We make sure your project is completed on time, on “spec”, and on budget, saving you time and money.

VENDOR COORDINATION

Meridian Project Management provides vendor coordination in two ways. First we offer vendor management which provides a definition for scope of services, a competitive bid process, negotiations, recommendation of vendor and management within the overall project plan. These services include vendors such as architects, designers, general contractors, furniture, structured wiring, security etc. We also provide vendor oversight where we manage existing vendors within the overall project schedule ensuring that they meet required deadlines and coordinate between other vendors to eliminate bottle necks and work stoppage.

MOVE MANAGEMENT

Meridian Project Management offers our clients move management services that include budget creation and time line planning/management. We operate under a competitive bid environment and offer recommendations for the best value available. We coordinate the entire move process from start to finish, including all internal and external support groups and contractors. From telecom to furniture, we organize the move, minimizing the effects on your staff.
